This workout routine will squeeze your pectoral muscles and tighten your entire chest area. At the same time, this routine will stretch and open those muscles so that you hit all the muscle fibers in this central movement. After you have finished those 10 reps, you will feel your chest area tighten.

The next part of the workout routine involves turning your palms down facing the floor. This routine is called the cable press, and simply turn your palms down as you grab the cables. Stretch your arms back, but do not lose the tension on your chest. Squeeze right back together and inhale as you stretch back. Gradually exhale as you bring your hands together, keeping your entire core engaged the entire time. Finish the entire workout with 10 reps.
